Thank you for your interest in Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and for taking control of your own HIV Prevention. This resource finder will ask you a few questions to best help us get you connected to PrEP and PrEP services like a Providers' office, a virtual Provider for PrEP services (provider, labs, tests), or a PrEP Navigator. We have resources for different areas across the state as well as some virtual (tele-PrEP) options.

This resource finder is anonymous. We do not use any of the information you provide to identify you, rather our goal is to provide you with a list of services and service providers that best fit your needs. If your needs change you can come back and fill out the resource finder again and get a new list of services and services providers recommendations. To provide you with your own custom list we will ask you up to 4 quick questions.
 
Terms: Definitions:
PrEP Navigation a service that is designed to assist individuals in starting and staying on PrEP.
PrEP Navigators work to tailor education and to support the client in order to meet their individual needs. Navigators can link people to a PrEP Provider for care, assist with signing up for health insurance and financial assistance programs, and identify/reduce barriers to care.
PrEP Prescribers medical professionals that can prescribe PrEP, order necessary laboratory testing, and conduct medication adherence counseling.
